Regular attendance is expected of all students. One make-up lesson per term will be given for private lessons missed by the student. We request at 12 hour notice by email if the student cannot attend. Students are financially responsible for all lessons including those for which they are absent.
Make-up lessons are scheduled at the discretion of each teacher, and may not exceed two per term. Late notice, or no-shows do not qualify for a make-up. No refunds or credits to the next term for missed lessons. All teacher absences or weather cancellations will be made up within the term.
Music Together students are allowed two make-up classes per term to be arranged with the office. Space in these classes is limited. Please email or call (617) 492-8105 to reserve make-up space in Music Together classes 3 days in advance. Weather Cancellations
