The New School of Music Scholarship Application (Confidential - three pages) At this time we are no longer accepting scholarship applications for the 2007-2008 school year.
If
you would like to apply for the upcoming 2008-2009 school year, please
submit an
application once you are able to enclose a copy of your 2007
filed tax return.
Scholarship are awarded for an entire school year, from September 2007 through August 2008.
Once awarded a scholarship, you do not need to reapply each term within that school year.
Apply early! Applications are accepted throughout the year, but
are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis as long as funds are still available.

NSM Scholarship Guidelines
Fall scholarship applicants will automatically receive scholarships for the Spring Term when they
register.
All scholarship students will receive a percentage of their tuition covered by NSM's Scholarship Fund.
Scholarship winners will be notified by phone.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted. (Please don't forget to include copies of your complete tax returns.)
Only one student per form.
You will need to reapply for your scholarship in August for Fall Term 2009.
Scholarships may be discontinued at the discretion of the New School of Music for students who default on payment plans,
who have a high rate of inexcused absenteeism, or who otherwise do fail to meet the minimum standards
of effort in their instruction, as determined by their teachers.
